Factor Group began over 30 years ago as Factor HD, a tile and flooring showroom in Woodland Hills, California. Factor Design As the business evolved, it expanded into bathroom and kitchen remodeling, eventually offering full house renovations. Approximately 20 years ago, Vladimir Factor, the founder's son, joined the company, bringing a passion for creativity and innovation. Under his leadership, the company diversified into New Construction, ADU Construction, Roofing, Solar Installations, and Demolition Services. This growth reflects a commitment to meeting clients' diverse needs and staying ahead of industry trends.

Today, Factor encompasses several specialized divisions, including Factor Design, a full-service luxury remodeling, design, and construction company, and Factor Roofing, focusing on custom roof design and installation. Each branch upholds the core values of quality craftsmanship, customer satisfaction, and innovative solutions, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive services tailored to their unique visions.
